What it is
Agenda is an Android app that connects your Google and Outlook calendars — including a personal and a corporate account from the same provider — and shows them in one unified view. When something personal shows up on one calendar, it can automatically block that time on the other with a generic event, without revealing details.
What it will do
-
Phase 0 · done
Project skeleton
Multi-module Android architecture (Kotlin, Compose, Hilt, Room) already underway, published on GitHub.
-
Phase 1 · MVP
Unified view
Sign in to at least one Google account and one Outlook account (personal and corporate at once) and see every event in one calendar.
-
Phase 2
Cross-calendar blocking
A personal doctor's appointment automatically creates a generic "Busy" block on your corporate calendar, and stays in sync if you edit or cancel it.
-
Phase 3
Events from email
Detects appointment confirmations and deadlines in your inbox and suggests adding them to your calendar — always with your approval.
-
Phase 4
Planner
Projects and tasks, with due dates that can optionally show up on your calendar.
-
Phase 5–6
Activity log and reports
Keep a record of what you actually did, and generate reports filtered by date, account or project.
