Current status
Agenda is in active development and has not shipped yet. This page describes what the app will do with your data once it's released, and will be updated before each release if anything changes.
What data it will use
To show you a unified calendar, Agenda will need read access to events on the Google and Outlook accounts you choose to connect. For cross-calendar blocking (a later phase), it will also need permission to create, edit and delete the generic events it manages itself.
- Calendar events are stored only on your phone, as a local cache to show the unified view offline.
- Access credentials (Google/Microsoft tokens) are stored securely on your device; Agenda does not send them to any server of its own, because no such server exists.
- If you enable email-derived events (a later phase), message analysis happens on your device whenever possible, and any suggestion requires your approval before anything is added to a calendar.
What the app doesn't do
- It has no servers of its own: it talks directly to Google's and Microsoft's APIs from your phone.
- It does not sell or share your data with third parties.
- It has no ads, third-party analytics or trackers.

Changes
